Text Message Terms

The program
the KAHVI House ("we," "us," "our") operates a text message ordering and customer care program. You can text us to place an order, ask about hours or the menu, arrange catering, or ask about the Kahvi Club and our rewards program. We are located at 207 N Dennis St, Kennewick, WA 99336.
How you opt in
You opt in by sending us a text message first — for example, texting the word ORDER to (509) 405-3080, scanning one of our QR codes, tapping an "Order by Text" button on this website, or giving us your mobile number in person at the counter and asking us to text you.
We only message people who have asked us to. We never buy, rent, or import phone number lists.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how often you contact us. Most messages are direct replies to something you sent us — an order confirmation, a payment link, or a note that your drink is ready.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
Reply HELP for help, or call us at (509) 405-3080 during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
If you opt out and later want to start again, just text us. Sending us a new message opts you back in.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers
Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice, along with many smaller regional carriers.
Your privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number, or the fact that you consented to receive text messages, with anyone for marketing purposes. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
